AVcorp Industries

In 2010, Panta became the majority shareholder of the publicly listed Avcorp Industries. This North American company—active in both Canada and the United States—designs, manufactures, and assembles metallic, plastic, and composite aircraft structures, including tail and wing components for leading aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Bombardier, and Cessna. In 2022, Panta sold its stake in Avcorp to the French aerospace group Latécoère.

VLM

Vlaamse Luchtvaart Maatschappij (VLM)

VLM was a regional airline operating routes including Antwerp–London City and Rotterdam–London City. Its fleet consisted almost entirely of Fokker aircraft. Panta acquired 100% of the shares in 1996. Under Panta’s ownership, VLM grew into a leading player in regional business aviation. In 2007, VLM was sold to Air France-KLM.

Please ask M is a SaaS platform for the business hotel market. The company originated as an internal software project at Postillion Hotels, aimed at processing corporate booking requests more efficiently. The solution proved valuable to the broader market, which led to scaling the product. In 2023, Please ask M was sold to Thynk.

Life Europe

The strategy of LIFE Europe was to develop, invest in, and operate real estate (concepts) within the 25 major urban areas in Europe, thereby contributing to better cities and better places for people to be—whatever they want to do. The company drew inspiration from new ways of working, living, and leisure, with a focus on smart design, innovation, technology, and a progressive view of the real estate market. In 2023, LIFE Europe was acquired by Redevco, a pan-European real estate company specialized in urban property. Since then, activities have continued under the name Redevco Living.

Fosbury & Sons

Panta, together with Lifeworld, was a shareholder in Fosbury & Sons, a Belgian co-working concept offering inspiring work environments. The company transformed distinctive properties (including heritage buildings) into stylish, flexible workplaces with offices, meeting rooms, hospitality facilities, and more. A well-known example is the location in the former Prinsengracht Hospital in Amsterdam. In 2021, Fosbury & Sons was partially split up and dismantled. Panta Holdings subsequently took over the lease of the Amsterdam Westerdok location, which is now known as Westerdok House.
